Our "Go To" People

These are some of the people who help keep our village the fine place that it is to live.

Chief of Police

Kelly Tracy is our first female Mayor. She is working tirelessly to improve our Village. 

Chief Stewart has approached his new duties with a "Protect and Serve" attitude that just what we need. His resume was second to none.

Parks & Recrecation 

The village office is open and we are in here and happy to serve your needs. They are located under the water tower and are open from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm Monday through Friday with extended hours until 6:00 pm on the first and third Wednesday of the month. This is the same night we hold board meetings. 618-887-4531

Heather Haskins is the new park commissioner. Under her leadership, we are moving forward on a number of fronts. She is able to consume vast quantities of reading material and distill it into the working rules that we need to comply with in order for this department to function properly.

Finances and Health

 Ordanances

Terry Gergen is now our head of finance. He is also a member of the park committee.  Building maintenance is also his issue. Terry has to were many hats but is very capable due to his years of board service. 

Trent Noeltner is the person in charge of writing and editing our ordinances.

Police Department

Mark Voigt is now in charge of the police department. This means it is his job to see that all of our ordinances are enforced.

Mark is a good mechanic and reliable in his thinking and service to the village. He is also on the park board.

​             Streets and                       Roads

 

Ken Moss is whom to thank for a great job on our roads this year. Everyone agrees that the new road covering is the most dustless we have had in a while. Ken is currently advocating for sidewalks to make it safer to get to school and in several other locations in the town.

Our new workers are the real engine of the Village. What they lack in experience the more than make up for with there energy and will to learn.
